If, in the meantime, you need to submit information (as an employee or a participating employer), please continue by:

• Retrieve your CDNPayroll Employee Code (this was provided at the time of hiring – through an e-mail sent from us). If you have misplaced this, please make your request through your employer, who will authenticate your identity.
• Obtain your Employer's Code (also a five-digit code). your employer can provide this to you.
• Ensure that you have your Social Insurance Number handy as this is the third authentication required – sorry we take your privacy and data very seriously and protect it through bank-level encryption.
