Retrieve your CDNPayroll Employee Code (this was provided at the time of hiring – through an e-mail sent from us). If you have misplaced this, please make your request through your employer, who will authenticate your identity.
Obtain your Employer's Code (also a five-digit code). your employer can provide this to you.
Ensure that you have your Social Insurance Number handy as this is the third authentication required – sorry we take your privacy and data very seriously and protect it through bank-level encryption.
Note that incomplete requests will be automatically deleted. We ask for at least 72 business hours to update your payroll records, after which we will provide you with a copy by encrypted electronic mail.
