This will allow valid employees to be able to provide updated information.
Before staring please note that you will need:
Your last pay stub issued.
Government Issued Photo ID
Canada Revenue Agency Social Insurance Card.
If applicable, direct deposit document.
We will validate the submitted information (using the Social Insurance Number and Date of Birth against the employee name). Once validated, all fields will be compared and, if needed updating your employee record.
Our system will use your latest entry. If you complete more than than one submission, the latest submission will be used.
