The 2025 TD1 form lets us (and your employer) know how much income tax to deduct from your paycheques.
While most employees will have the default level of taxes deducted, you may have unique situations that may allow a reduced level of taxation.
Please note the following:
Use this preferred form method which will allow you to complete the 2025 TD1 form(s) online using your smartphone, tablet, computer or notebook. Be sure to save the form to your device, prior to submitting to our office or to your employer (whom will then submit it to our office).
We suggest you first prepare the worksheet¹ form first, as this will ensure the most accurate submission of your TD1. Then continue with the preparation of the TD1.
Please be sure to prepare both the Federal TD1 as well as the applicable Provincial TD1².

Use this method if you are not able to complete the 2025 TD1 using your device (smartphone, tablet, computer or notebook).
You will need to print the 2025 TD1 and complete it using either a dark black or blue pen.

As the TD1 form contains confidential information, it is suggested that in order to maintain privacy, we recommend that you submit your Federal and Provincial TD1 forms to our office directly.
