WCB

You can remit your British Columbia Workers Compensation Board (WCB) by:

• Use the WCB form form which corresponds with the reporting period. This WCB form will include a remittance voucher. Fill in the payment amount (which our office has provided) in the:
  
  • Amount due field in the bottom detachable remittance voucher on the WCB form.
  • Amount due field in the top portion of the WCB form

Proceed to your bank to make this payment and ensure that the bank date stamps the top portion of the WCB form (keep for your records), while the bank will retain the bottom remittance voucher portion.

• Click here to access the WCB Online Payment system (you can make payment with Visa or MasterCard credit cards). PLEASE NOTE: WCB imposed a maximum credit card payment of $10,000 over a 30 day period. Note that you will be required to provide both your WCB Account Number as well as the WCB Access Code which is available from the latest WCB Report which you would have received.
• Make your payment through your online banking. You will have to make sure that your WCB vendor account has been added to your list of Vendor or Bill Payee's (call your bank for more information). You will need to provide your WCB account number.
• Mail or Courier a cheque payment made payable to Workers Compensation Board and mail this payment. We suggest proof of delivery and tracking. You will need to include your WCB Account Number (we suggest in both the Memo field as well as the bottom right-hand corner of your payment cheque and include the words “WCB Account No: WCBAcct“). • Drop off a Cheque payable to Workers Compensation Board. You can select from various office within the lower mainland by clicking here. Please note that normal government hours apply to all offices. You can phone WorkSafeBC to confirm hours of a specific office at: 604-244-6490. You will need to include your WCB Account Number. We suggest in both the Memo field as well as the bottom right hand corner of your payment cheque and include the words “WCB Account No: WCBAcct“.
